
I hope this little poem I wrote brings a smile to your face. It kind of just exploded from my head as I was sitting in our dining room one evening, so I wrote it down. Please enjoy!
We’re in quarantine, an introvert’s dream,
We only go out, to supply basic needs,
If we do not say hello, it is not deemed mean,
Social distancing is proper, in quarantine.

Delight in the quiet, delight in the peace,
But ready yourselves for when friends can be seen.
The quarantine won’t be forever, life will resume,
And social distancing is proper, only in quarantine.
